10:30 a.m. The Deputy Prime Minister will visit a school and make an announcement. She will be joined by the Premier of Manitoba, Wab Kinew, the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, Jenna Sudds, the Minister of Northern Affairs, Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada and Minister responsible for the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency, Dan Vandal, and Manitoba’s Acting Minister of Education and Early Childhood Learning, Tracy Schmidt. A media availability will follow.
